Warmest greetings in the name of Jesus! I’m Bryan Buckles, and I am blessed to be the pastor of Central United Methodist Church. My wife, Lynn, and I join everyone in our church in extending to you a very warm welcome and the sincere invitation to join us for worship! I have served churches in Prince William County, Alexandria, Madison County and Louisa County. I answered God’s call to attend seminary and become a United Methodist Pastor in 1999 and have been blessed to preach and teach God’s word, lead mission trips, and take a leadership role in local ministries that support the needs of others. At Central we have two Sunday morning opportunities for worship: First, a 9:00 praise service called “The Table”, which is contemporary in nature and places a huge focus on teaching our children the ways of Christian discipleship. And, at 11:00 AM, a traditional service with a choir and much of the liturgy that is such a rich element of our Methodist heritage. We also have an active youth group, United Women in Faith, United Methodist Men and Bible studies that go on practically year-round. So come and visit us and allow us to get to know you.
