The CUMC After School Ministry is a state-licensed child care program that provides children of the Salem community with a safe and nurturing environment every afternoon once the school day ends. Within a high quality learning atmosphere, the program strives to enhance each child’s growth and development; to provide a varied selection of developmentally appropriate activities; to offer opportunities for parental and family involvement; and to seek out and participate in community service projects as a way to share God’s love with others. The program serves elementary and middle school aged children (5-12yrs old) and operates Monday through Friday according to the City of Salem School Division academic calendar.
